Optimal Condition for different compounds is easily achievable due to Screw and Barrel Modular Design and self cleaning feature of screw reduces the trouble of disassembling and removing of screw significantly .these extruders play an important main role in production and mixture of different polymer.
Spline Shafts are made of CR NIMOA 40 and Screws are Made of High Quality Steel W6 (MO5CR4V2) ,which are thermally processed and grinded in vacuum area with high temperature , and their hardness is HRC60~64.
Extruders are Equipped by Electronic Control PLC System for monitoring and controlling the operational parameters and are also equipped by Separate Electrical Panel along with RPM control ( Drive ).
